Ginger Snap Sandwich Cookie

These delightful sandwich cookies are spicy and sweet and made with house milled whole wheat flour sourced from Maine. The ginger is just right in this cookie and the texture is soft and chewy. The sweetened orange cream cheese icing pairs perfectly with the cloves as well.  It's hard to eat just one!

Ingredients: wheat flour, fresh milled whole wheat flour, canola oil, brown sugar, eggs, black strap molasses, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, vanilla extract, cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar, milk, vanilla paste, orange zest.
