Pecan Oat Blondie

This is a chewy cakey buttery treat!  Make exclusively with oat flour and pecan meal it does not contain any wheat.  Browned butter amps up the richness of the pecans and a slightly higher salt content is reminiscent of salted caramel.  Garnished with a pecan halve.  The product is NOT gluten free since our facilities are not wheat free.  

INGREDIENTS:Brown sugar, sugar, eggs, browned butter, oat flour, toasted pecan meal, salt, baking powder.
